Louisiana Elks Association Seventh Fourth
(75^th) Annual State Convention

New Orleans Lodge #30 will be hosting the Louisiana Elks Association Seventh Fifth (75th) Annual State Convention. The convention will be held at the Radisson Hotel New Orleans Airport in Kenner on April 15-17, 2011. The Radisson Hotel is located at 2150 Veterans Boulevard Kenner, Louisiana 70062. Convention Registration Fee is $50.00 per person prior to April 1, 2011, and $55 per person after April 1, 2011. Registration fee includes 1st Lady’s Brunch for spouses and guest who are not Elks. Saturday Night Banquet is for all registered Elks, spouses and guest.

The Radisson will honor reservations for La. Elks, spouses and guests through March 24, 2011. Room rates are $98.00 plus 12.75% tax for single or double rooms. Check in time is 3:00 PM; if you arrive before 3:00 PM and your room isn’t ready please be patient as they will get you in your room as soon as possible.
Hospitality Rooms are available April 15-17, 2011, at $100.00 per night plus 12.75% tax and 20% taxable service charge. The Radisson Hotel requires that Hospitality Rooms must be paid in full by March 14, 2011.
